Room and board at the Inn guaranteed (with a tab, paid if you fob off).

Took a job (given by Sir Alastair Battleburn) to escort Foresters to Daggerthorn Forest. Several trees there:

• Silverthorn: thin and spindly, not great.
• Brambleoak: think, gnarled trunk, thorns and purple acorns, good trees for building!
• Duskwood: dark, smooth, green leaves. Very dense, hard to navigate at night. Wood bad for long-term. Lots of animals live. Purple seeds for bread and potions.
  Won't need replanting at our level of harvesting.

Watch out for:

• Wolves, bears, typical woodland creatures.
• Avoid Brindleclaw, stealthy ambush predator, tend to be deeper.
• Pixies live in southern edge, don't get on their bad side - negotiate! Don't mention mage girlie!

Larry is joining us, he's found some lumberers:

• Derek and Dolop, twins.
• Mid forties lady, with two sons who were forced because they need real jobs.

We were attacked by 3 pixies (and then some wolves) who were upset about our deforesting. We killed them all. Foreman also told Larry off for sleeping.

We collected 6 trees worth of lumber!
