Gods are less involved in day-to-day lives. Gods have cults which exert a lot of political power.

History

There was Atom, The First God who made elemental gods, Sansarda, The Well of Life and then the rest of the amorphous and specific gods. Most gods are mortals who ascended.

Primal Chaos entered the universe and they affecting already existing gods to warp them into evil. The Chaos Wars happened (good vs. chaos gods) and a lot of heroes arose to godhood then. Good won, and sealed Chaos, which leaves us in the modern era where the gods are recuperating, taking a step back.
